Welcome to QuickPresets. These Terms of Service govern your use of the QuickPresets website and your purchase and use of our digital products, including Lightroom presets.

By accessing our website or purchasing a product from QuickPresets, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About QuickPresets

QuickPresets provides digital photography products, including Adobe Lightroom presets and related digital files.

2. Digital Products

All products sold through QuickPresets are digital products. No physical products will be shipped.

Our Lightroom presets are primarily provided in XMP format and are intended for use with compatible versions of Adobe Lightroom and Lightroom Classic.

Product contents, the number of presets and included files may vary depending on the product purchased. The exact contents are described on the relevant product page.

3. Compatibility

Our presets are designed to work with compatible versions of Adobe Lightroom and Lightroom Classic.

Presets can be used on supported desktop and mobile devices. However, compatibility may depend on the version of Lightroom, operating system, device and Adobe features available at the time of use.

Adobe Lightroom is a third-party product and is not owned, operated or controlled by QuickPresets.

QuickPresets does not guarantee compatibility with future versions of third-party software that have not yet been released.

4. Purchase and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

All prices displayed on the website are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Payment must be successfully completed before the purchased digital products are delivered.

QuickPresets reserves the right to correct obvious pricing or product description errors before an order is fulfilled.

5. Digital Delivery

After a successful purchase, the purchased files and/or download instructions will be delivered digitally to the email address provided during checkout.

Delivery is normally automatic, but technical delays may occasionally occur.

If you do not receive your download email, please first check your spam, junk and promotions folders. If you still cannot locate your order, contact us at support@quickpresets.com.

6. Lifetime Updates

Some products may offer an optional Lifetime Updates upgrade.

If Lifetime Updates are purchased, the customer will receive future preset additions, updates or improvements made available for the specific product purchased, without additional charges for those updates.

Lifetime Updates apply only to the specific product for which the upgrade was purchased.

Lifetime Updates do not guarantee a specific number of future updates or a specific schedule for future releases.

QuickPresets may modify, discontinue or replace a product or its future updates. Such changes will not affect the customer's right to use presets that have already been delivered.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page, Lifetime Updates are not included automatically with every purchase.

7. License and Permitted Use

When you purchase a QuickPresets product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased presets.

You may:

  • Install the presets on your compatible personal devices.

  • Use the presets to edit your own photographs.

  • Use the presets when creating photographs or edits for clients.

  • Use photographs edited with the presets for personal or commercial purposes, subject to any additional restrictions stated on the relevant product page.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Resell the presets or digital files.

  • Share the original preset files with other people.

  • Upload the presets to websites, file-sharing services or public repositories.

  • Distribute the presets through social media, messaging platforms or other channels.

  • Give away, sublicense or transfer the preset files to another person.

  • Use the presets to create a competing preset collection or product.

  • Claim the QuickPresets presets as your own original preset collection.

  • Modify and redistribute the presets as a new preset product.

The license applies to the purchaser and does not transfer ownership of the underlying digital files or intellectual property.

9. Intellectual Property

All QuickPresets presets, product collections, graphics, branding, website content, descriptions and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the presets or any intellectual property rights to the customer.

QuickPresets retains all rights not expressly granted under these Terms of Service.

10. Results and Editing

Presets are designed to provide a starting point for photo editing.

The final appearance of a preset may vary depending on the original photograph, camera, lens, lighting, exposure, colors, white balance and other factors.

QuickPresets does not guarantee that a preset will produce an identical result on every photograph.

Customers may adjust Lightroom settings after applying a preset to achieve their desired result.

11. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

QuickPresets sells digital content that is supplied electronically and is not provided on a physical medium.

Where applicable law provides a statutory right of withdrawal, consumers may exercise that right in accordance with applicable law.

For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost when delivery begins if the customer has:

  1. expressly requested that delivery of the digital content begin before the withdrawal period expires;

  2. acknowledged that they will lose their right of withdrawal once delivery begins; and

  3. received the required confirmation of the contract and their consent on a durable medium.

QuickPresets will not unlawfully restrict any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

12. Defective or Inaccessible Digital Content

If a purchased product is defective, corrupted, incomplete or cannot be accessed due to an issue attributable to QuickPresets, please contact us at support@quickpresets.com.

We may, depending on the circumstances and applicable law, provide a replacement download, corrected files or another appropriate remedy.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights relating to the conformity of digital content with the contract.

13. Download Problems

If you experience problems downloading or extracting your files, please contact support@quickpresets.com.

Before contacting us, please ensure that:

  • You have a stable internet connection.

  • The download has completed successfully.

  • You are using appropriate software to extract ZIP files, if applicable.

  • You are using a compatible version of Adobe Lightroom.

We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve technical problems related to the files supplied by QuickPresets.

When contacting support, please provide your order number and the email address used to place the order whenever possible.

15. Third-Party Software

QuickPresets presets are designed for use with Adobe Lightroom and/or Lightroom Classic.

Adobe, Lightroom and Lightroom Classic are trademarks of Adobe Inc. QuickPresets is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Adobe Inc. unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for maintaining compatible versions of third-party software required to use the products.

16. Website Use

You agree not to use the QuickPresets website:

  • For unlawful purposes.

  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

  • To interfere with the operation or security of the website.

  • To reproduce or commercially exploit website content without permission.

  • To engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.

QuickPresets reserves the right to restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our business or other users.

17. Changes to Products and Website

QuickPresets may update product descriptions, website content, pricing and product availability from time to time.

Changes to a product will not retroactively remove rights already granted to customers, except where required by law or where the change relates to an optional future service such as Lifetime Updates.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuickPresets shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory statutory rights available to consumers.

19. Privacy

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By purchasing from QuickPresets, you acknowledge that certain information is required to process your order, deliver your digital products and provide customer support.

20. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Poland, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to consumers in their country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive consumers of mandatory rights granted to them under applicable law.
