Refund Policy

At QuickPresets, we sell digital products, including Lightroom presets and related digital files. Because our products are delivered electronically, special rules apply to refunds and cancellations.

1. Digital Products

All products sold through QuickPresets are digital products. No physical goods are shipped.

Once your purchase has been completed, your files may be made available for immediate download or delivered to you electronically.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Under applicable consumer protection laws, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for contracts concluded online.

However, for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery of the digital content begins, provided that the applicable legal requirements have been met. These requirements include the customer's express prior consent to begin delivery before the withdrawal period expires and confirmation that the customer has been informed that they will lose their right of withdrawal once delivery begins. citeturn0search0turn0search3

Accordingly, when you purchase a QuickPresets digital product and expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content while acknowledging the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal, you may no longer have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase once delivery begins.

3. Refunds After Download

Because our products are digital content, we generally do not offer refunds once the digital content has been delivered or the download has been made available, where the customer's right of withdrawal has been validly excluded in accordance with applicable law.

This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have, including rights relating to digital content that is defective or not in conformity with the contract.

4. Defective or Inaccessible Products

If the files you purchased are:

• corrupted;

• incomplete;

• materially different from the product description;

• inaccessible due to a technical problem attributable to QuickPresets; or

• otherwise not in conformity with the contract,

please contact us at support@quickpresets.com.

We will assess the issue and, where required by applicable law, provide an appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances, this may include providing corrected files, restoring access, replacing the digital content, reducing the price or providing a refund. citeturn0search8

5. Incorrect Purchase

If you purchased the wrong preset pack, accidentally purchased a product or simply changed your mind after receiving the digital content, a refund may not be available once delivery has begun and the statutory right of withdrawal has been validly excluded.

However, you are welcome to contact us at support@quickpresets.com and we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis.

6. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible at support@quickpresets.com.

We will review the order and may provide an appropriate solution where possible.

7. Lifetime Updates

If you purchase a Lifetime Updates upgrade and subsequently experience a technical problem preventing you from receiving eligible future updates, please contact us.

Lifetime Updates provide access to future additions and updates for the specific product to which the upgrade applies. They do not guarantee a specific number or frequency of future releases.

If an eligible update cannot be delivered due to a technical issue attributable to QuickPresets, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

8. How to Request Assistance

To request a refund, replacement or other assistance, contact:

Please include:

• Your full name

• The email address used for the purchase

• Your order number

• The product purchased

• A description of the issue

• Screenshots or other relevant information, if applicable

Providing this information helps us resolve your request more quickly.

9. Processing Approved Refunds

Where a refund is legally required or otherwise approved by QuickPresets, the refund will normally be issued using the original payment method.

The time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

If a product is not in conformity with the contract, you retain the statutory rights available to you under applicable consumer protection laws. citeturn0search8
