Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with QuickPresets.

QuickPresets sells digital products only, including Lightroom presets and related digital files. We do not ship physical products.

1. No Physical Shipping

All products available on QuickPresets are delivered digitally.

No physical items will be sent to your address.

There are no shipping fees, delivery charges or physical shipping times associated with our products.

2. Digital Delivery

After your payment has been successfully processed, your purchased products will be delivered electronically.

You will receive an email containing your download link and/or instructions for accessing your purchased files.

The email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

3. Delivery Time

Digital delivery is normally instant or within a few minutes after successful payment.

In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to payment processing, technical issues or other circumstances beyond our immediate control.

If you have not received your download email within a reasonable period after completing your purchase, please check your:

• Spam or Junk folder

• Promotions folder

• Other filtered email folders

4. Download Access

Your purchase provides access to the digital files included with the product you purchased.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address during checkout and ensuring that you have a suitable internet connection and device to download the files.

QuickPresets is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect email address provided by the customer.

5. Download Problems

If your download link does not work, your files are corrupted, incomplete or you experience another technical problem with accessing your purchase, please contact us at support@quickpresets.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the files you purchased.

6. Installation

Our products are provided primarily in XMP format and are designed for use with compatible versions of Adobe Lightroom and Lightroom Classic.

Installation instructions are provided with your purchase or made available alongside the downloaded files.

QuickPresets does not provide Adobe Lightroom software. Customers are responsible for having a compatible version of Lightroom installed on their device.

7. Mobile and Desktop Use

Our XMP presets can be used on supported desktop and mobile versions of Adobe Lightroom.

Compatibility may depend on your device, operating system and version of Adobe Lightroom.

8. International Orders

Because our products are digital, they can be purchased and downloaded from supported locations worldwide.

There are no international shipping fees or customs charges for our digital products.
